A journey of a thousand clicks starts with a single contact form

Whilst we are flexible in how we work, by following a design process we can better monitor the quality of our work at every stage. Typically when a prospective client contacts us for a consultation, a partner from Alltooeasy will meet them to discuss what we can offer and how our services can benefit their business. After a basic assessment of development and design requirements, we then send them an Initial Quotation, which includes a detailed project breakdown and a few preliminary designs. Once we receive a confirmation of interest, we begin work on a more detailed plan of action. This will include brainstorms for:

  • System architecture
  • User interface
  • Design parameters
  • Static and fixed elements

These elements are combined into a preliminary design and delivered to the client to await approval.
**Please note Copyright is still reserved on our work at this point in time.

We then respond to client feedback by recreating or revising the preliminary design, at which point the project begins to move towards finalisation. Once both parties reach an agreement regarding the design, further amendments to the agreement must be considered and priced as an addendum. This is known as a "Design Freeze."

Initial payment and preparation for development

Before proceeding any further, we typically ask for our initial payment to be made at this point in the development process (50% of the quoted net cost is standard). Once received, we put all the necessary resources in place to commence work on the project. This fundamentally involves dividing up the site into components and submitting them to our team of developers so they can begin constructing the framework and internal cogs of the website.

Unlike many other web design companies, our designers have a working knowledge of the coding process. They collaborate closely with our developers to create designs that efficiently facilitate the translation from code to final product without sacrificing any aesthetic or functional quality. Ultimately, this results in a faster production time for the client and a thorough understanding, within our entire design and development team, of how best to create and deliver on the client's demands.
