Server load and user base

Where possible, we will utilise third party hosting platforms such as Youtube, Vimeo, or Flickr to reduce server load.

Backups and Restore

This process involves a cost/benefit analysis comparing how often data requires backing up against the site performance decrease.  If every piece of data for a certain area of the site is critical, frequent backups must occur, placing a strain on the database and therefore a decrease in site performance. In this instance, this section of the site will be backed up more frequently than less critical areas.

Users

Drupal can handle sites with over 200,000 users before you need to start making serious alterations to your hosting systems to support it. However, this is irrelevant unless you have the effective tools to manage the volume of content produced by these users. Alltooeasy implements automated processes for editing and content approval as well as spam protection.  Additionally, we provide an efficient way to access the content you need, when you need it.

User Interfaces (UI)

The user interface determines how a user gets from A to B within the site. However this can be completely controlled with calculated exposure to a client's intended products and promotions, such that the user's progression through a site will feel natural and not forcibly guided.

Access & Security

Whether you're selling proprietary information or just building a blog, security and access controls are vital. The more a site grows, the more access and tracking controls will be needed. Database security, secure connections and anti-spamming tools are just some of the security components that can be added to an Alltooeasy site.
