Originally we were going to explain the concept of entropy to justify our support time (In regards to computer systems is the tendency of ordered information to become disordered).

However it is much simpler to state that because computer systems can sometimes misbehave, produce errors or bugs emerge considerably further down the line (that can't be caught by our QA process), it is prudent to purchase one of our support packages. No matter how rigorous a testing system we conduct, bugs, errors and quirks sometimes emerge further down the line, such as errors that only occur after a certain number of cycles or size of database – that are near impossible to test or predict.

You can consider our support packages to be an MOT, a Paid Support Service, Routine check-up or in rare cases quick access to perform an emergency triple bypass.  

Whilst Alltooeasy pride's ourselves on being incredibly thorough in our testing process if issues do arise and need addressing rapidly we need to be able to respond as quickly as possible, especially when it is paramount that the work not interfere with your existing operations.
